We do understand that the unexpected can and will occur. We ask that you honor our cancellation policy. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. If your appointment is Not canceled within 24 hours you will be charged for 100% of your service. A 15 minute tardy will result in a forced cancellation ***NO EXCEPTIONS!*** Forced cancellations will result in you being charged for the full service. Please give yourself enough time for unforeseen traffic, detours, parking, accidents, route changes, etc.
